Dr. Suguru Yamaguchi, WIDE Project initial member, today joins the ranks of notable individuals who have been inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame for their significant contributions to the advancement of the global Internet.

The Internet Hall of Fame inducted Dr. Suguru Yamaguchi for his contributions to cyber security research and education in Japan and global society and AI3 (Asian Internet Interconnection Initiatives) activity for an Asia-wide research effort to provide broadband Internet connectivity throughout Asia Pacific via satellite.
