Dr. Hideya Ochiai (The University of Tokyo), Dr. Masato Yamanouchi (Keio University), and Dr. Kotaro Kataoka (IIT Hyderabad) were awarded the WIDE Award for their remarkable contribution to the information network construction and operation technologies for natural disaster mitigation and recovery.
